He left after 6th with 3-2 lead. That was final score so he gets win.
Both Tiger runs were solo HR's, something which has hurt him some.

Lifted after 4 innings leading 4-2. Final 5-2 so someone else got the win. Coach Rocky Baldelli, former Riverdogs outfielder with Josh Hamilton & Carl Crawford whom old-timers remember, was out on paternity leave so someone else pulled Ober. Bummer! 57 pitch count.
BTW- I didn't get any paternity leave in the '70's.
