I don't believe you can drop out of DI in basketball and retain DI status in football. Looks like our task is to improve within our present conference and division....just like we're doing in FB.



I wasn't serious abour the comment of going to DII or NAIA in basketball, just making the point that this team is not playing at the DI level. They are playing more like a DII or NAIA team.



How come you can drop out of DI in football (like Davidson) or not have a FB team at all (like UNC-G & Cof C) and stay DI in basketball, but not the other way around?
