While our women's soccer team is most excellent, the USA Women's team representing the United States is very talented and fun to watch.

Next match vs Sweden Wednesday (2011 Womens FIFA World Cup held in Germany)

USA has advanced to the quarterfinal round with two opening wins vs North Korea(2-0) & Columbia(3-0)

USA will most likely play Australia or Brazil in the Quarterfinals(which is single elimination).

The World Cup host's the Top 16 Teams on the Planet, and the USA was the final team to qualify having to win vs Italy at home and on the road in their final qualifying matches. That occured and now USA is 2-0. Let's go ladies!

Watching the World Cup. I do not often see the Women's World Cup. Feel enough stimulation. However, there are some well-known women's football team.
