Significant addition to the team. A proven shooter. +80% Free Throws. Getting an his experience will help the incoming freshmen by giving them a role model. I like him!

It’s been reported on Twitter and now confirmed that John Meeks, a Grad Transfer from Bucknell, will be coming to CHS. Missed the majority of season due to injury but came back at the end.
Averaged: SF 6’6 224 25.3 ppg.

Yup. I’d bet so. The most minutes he’s played was 2.5% this year in a heavily shortened season (Patriot League only played conference games this year).

Doesn’t hurt either to have an experienced walk-on in the fold. Do we have any returning walkons?

A grad tx walk on. Is this a first in basketball history. At least does not count against a ship.

Speaking of walk on tx did Mcginnis get a ship anywhere. Last I saw he was leaving us

We offered this kid. Sophomore big.
Looks like Gray must have been lead recruiter because Western offered him as well.

Reading what was said about him my guess he is a redshirt this year. You never know until they show up though. Hope all our freshmen get here for summer school

I know we could sign severely more but this brings total ships to 13. Be surprised if our coach wants more than this. Trying to keep 13 happy is difficult

Just read 'Sooley' by John Grisham. What some basketball players from Africa have going on with their families back home terrifying. Baru had some of that at Ivory Coast.

Today was the first day coaches could contact 2023 prospects. Kelsey and staff were busy, including taking some big swings at high-ranked prospects. Offers that went out today included:

- PG Caleb Foster, a top-25 prospect in his class according to ESPN (17th), 247 Sports (21st) and Rivals (22nd). Was also offered by NC State, Louisville, and Memphis today.
https://twitter.com/iamcalebfoster/stat ... 57128?s=20

- PF Gregory 'GG' Jackson, 26th-ranked prospect in the country on Rivals and a 4-star on most recruiting sites. From Columbia, SC. Also offered by Tennessee, LSU, Maryland and NC State today.
https://twitter.com/GregJ2023/status/14 ... 99424?s=20

- SG Reed Sheppard, 65th-ranked prospect on 247 Sports. Already had offers from Iowa and Texas A&M. Was offered by Louisville and Arizona State today as well.
https://twitter.com/reed_sheppard/statu ... 15816?s=20

- PG Gabe Cupps, from Dayton, OH, already holds an offer from Xavier and several mid majors.
https://twitter.com/CuppsGabe/status/14 ... 57893?s=20

- SG Freddie Dilione, 3-star prospect with offers from Houston, Penn State, LSU, Xavier and others.
