I work as a reliever in an HR department and I handle the 201 files of all the personnel. Since the company is ISO certified their training status, training requirements and course evaluations needs to be monitored and tacked down. I have heard of a system that can reduce errors in terms of tracking our employee’s competency but the problem is we don’t know what it’s called or where can we acquire it. I was hoping someone here can be able to give recommendations or give a service provider that would be able to supply us an efficient software. Thanks for your time in reading this and I’m so looking forward to your recommendations.

Hi, I'm sorry but I do not have similar experience to answer your inquiry. But, I presume that you will need something more related to auditing. I'm not really so sure. By the way, in getting an effective software, my advice is to look for more info about similar services of those who handles it. Probably, you could watch tutorials, videos and check users' reviews online.

Not an auditing software, no. I asked my friend who works in another company what they use and she told me that they use this employee training software. I haven't called them yet but from what I've seen from their website, they're just what we're looking for.
