And Occeous(sp) who also did not play. Best defender in CAA.

PS: If both out our chances are very good

4867 today. Great crowd. We followed up maybe our worst 15-16 minutes of the season (the final 7 of first half, first 9 of 2nd half) with one of our best.

Outscored them 27-17 in the last 10:57 of the game. Northeastern kind of ran out of gas, only playing 8 guys with one of them only playing 2 minutes.

Pointer with the huge 3 in OT. Enormous. Just like last year.

And if you didn’t like the SportsLive “coverage”, we’re stuck with them Thursday for the W&M game.

Didn't get to watch the game today, but among other things in the stat line loved seeing our FT #s back up (20/22). Joe had to enjoyed seeing that effort.

Also: Brantley/Riller combined for 60, just 7 shy of NU's starting 5 combined (!).

Finally got around to watching.

NU was apparently very depleted.
Occeus is still hurt and out for an undetermined amount of time. Per Jeff McC in the broadcast could be done for the season. Without Occeus NU really loses the ability to limit Riller. Surprised they stayed man to man for a large part of the game.
Pusica, Roland and Gresham were getting over illnesses.
We, on the other hand, burned a ton of energy in our loss to Hofstra. Coach used a 9 man rotation.

Either way it seemed like the air went out of NU with 10 minutes to go and other than some threes by Brace and Pusica they were dead in OT.
Refs were calling the elbow to create space super tight. Especially on Pusica and Riller.

A loss would have been devastating psychologically.
